The 26th edition of the annual meeting of real estate finance operators was held in Santa Margherita Ligure: changes, future forecasts and recognition for the CDP Group, which has constantly remained committed to promoting innovative policies
Change the World was the title of the 26th Forum Scenari Immobiliari event in Santa Margherita Ligure, of which CDP was the main sponsor.
It was an opportunity to bring leading real estate operators together to discuss challenges for the future. The central topic of the 2018 Forum was climate change, an issue which directly impacts the economy, cities and construction methods. The Forum also addressed the evolving global political, economic and financial scenes. Forum discussions proved to be an ideal occasion to reflect on the consequences of changes for real estate, investigating how best to address them and transform them into opportunities for growth and development.
For the CDP Group in particular, the 2018 edition of the Forum was cause for celebration: on the second day, CDP received the Company of excellence in real estate award for its crucial work in urban transformation, reclaiming the value in lost spaces and returning them to cities and families.
CDP plays a leading role in urban transformation and in all real estate sectors which stimulate the country's development and competitiveness. Marco Sangiorgio, Director of CDP Investimenti Sgr, accepted the award on behalf of the Group and underlined the importance of the social housing and urban regeneration work which had been carried out, fundamental areas for Italy's economic and social growth.
Positivity and stability: these were the concluding key words of the 26th Forum di Scenari Immobiliari. Indeed, at the end of the Forum, over 350 real estate entrepreneurs who took part in Santa Margherita Ligure expressed their moderate optimism for the future of the sector, which confirms the emerging trends of recent months and the potential of the Italian market.
